To my customer and friends,
Many of you know I was gone from the bookstore for April due to my mom's illness and passing. God's grace will see our broken hearts through this, but the pages in my life are still turning. It is with great regret that Silver Ink Bookstore will close the doors for the last time on June 30th.
Silver Ink has been a stopping place for many of you during our years in business. We have become kindred spirits sharing obsessions with books, our joys, laughter, life stories, and on occasions, even our sorrows. Together we have celebrated guest authors and booksignings, watched the Random Readers grow up, and kept our children of all ages READING!
To get as great a number of books and gifts into your hands as possible before our last day, I have arranged a progressive sale through the end of June. The sales discount increases each week, but your choices will be fewer - see the SALE section!

As always, Silver Ink treasures our teachers and librarians, so I have arranged a special "after hours" book sale on Friday, May 4th at 6:00 pm. Please come EVERYTHING is ½ price, and, yes, I will still be able to do authorized Purchase Order buys for teacher's classrooms! Last day for Special Orders (regular teacher discount will apply) is June 4th.
Remember, businesses will come and go, but the friends I have made through Silver Ink Books are like my favorite books I may read them just a few times in my life, but their stories will stay with me forever.
So come by before June 30th
